Karen Gregory

Chief Executive Officer
Karen leads the NJCA office and works closely with the Council on best practice governance.  She also works closely with the Programs Advisory Committee’s oversight of existing and future programs. Karen leads the in-person and on-demand judicial education teams and steers the strategic direction of the NJCA, managing operations and resources.

Lisa Cram

Program and Events Manager
Lisa is our Events and Programs Manager, overseeing both flagship, specialty and custom built programs.  In particular, Lisa manages the National Judicial Orientation Program, the Heads of Jurisdiction program and the Oral Decisions program. Lisa manages programs in close co-ordination with program committees, with enthusiastic, curious, thoughtful and thorough attention to detail.

Ben Ettinger

Senior Researcher, Judicial Resources
Ben oversees the NJCA judicial education resources for both in-person and on-demand judicial learning. With direction from the CEO, Ben works with the Events and Program Managers to produce judicial resources for existing and new programs, works with program planning committees as required to produce judicial resources for sessions/speakers and engages with presenters, facilitating the development of session objectives for presenters and programs. Moreover, Ben is leading the NJCA on-demand learning project and the delivery of toolkits, starting with the Managing Sexual Assault Hearing judges toolkit.

Evie Farrell

Judicial Education Support Officer
Evie is our Judicial Education Support Officer.

Anna Fitzgerald

Judicial Education Operations Manager
Anna oversees the operational management of the NJCA, collaborating with the CEO on Council and governance matters and ensuring the effective administration of the organisation. She manages grant applications and reporting, financial oversight, and compliance, contributing to the NJCA’s strategic goals. Anna also brings expertise in marketing, communication, and project management to support the delivery of projects such as the on-demand learning initiative. And works behind the scenes to strengthen and showcase the work of the NJCA form improving online presence through to development and delivery of the Annual Report.
