Keynote Speech on Post Pandemic Innovations;

Hon. Justice Emmanuel Ugirashebuja, immediate past President of the East African Court of Justice
who will be facilitating the session on Environmental law;

His Hon. Justice Rehmat Ali from Pakistan, Mrs. Goabaone Alice Rammapudi-Lesedi, of Botswana will
speak on Gender Based Violence Courts;

Prof Karen Yeung, Interdisciplinary Professional Fellow in Law, Ethics and Informatics at Birmingham
University, UK will speak about Artificial Intelligence in the Justice System;

Dr John Carey, Director of the Centre for Judicial Excellence of Papua New Guinea and His Hon. Judge
Barry Clarke, President of the Employment Tribunal of England and Wales will speak in the session on
Digital Footprints;

Her Hon. Justice Elizabeth Musoke of the Court of Appeal of Uganda and Sir William Young of the
Supreme Court of New Zealand will be facilitating the specialist session on Criminal Sentencing
Guidelines;

Lord Advocate General Alan Large of England and Wales will be facilitating the Session on Military
Justice, focussing on Ensuring Fair Court Procedures For Commonwealth Militaries: A Collective
Responsibility;

Dr Dianne Douglas, Eminent Clinical Psychologist from Trinidad and Tobago and Her Hon Judge Kaly
Kaul QC of England and Wales will be speaking in the session on Judicial Wellness for the Restless
