360 Degree Feedback Program
This program is available to Judicial officers and legally qualified Tribunal members and is offered through the year, dependent on sufficient numbers of participants at any one time. 360 Degree Feedback is a system or process in which judicial officers can receive confidential, anonymous feedback from the people who work around them. The feedback provides the recipient with a better understanding of their strengths and weaknesses and is an extremely useful development tool.
What a 360 Feedback Survey Measures:
- 360 feedback measures behaviors and competencies
- 360 assessments provide feedback on how others perceive an employee
- 360 feedback addresses skills such as listening, planning, and goal-setting
- A 360 evaluation focuses on subjective areas such as character and leadership effectiveness.
This program is accessible all year and is available to Judicial officers and legally qualified Tribunal members. Personal consultations are conducted via teleconferences and Skype.
